This role will reside at our <strong>East Alton, IL</strong> facility. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Starting Pay:<strong> $48.23/hourly</strong></p>\n<p>Pay Schedule: <strong>Bi-Weekly</strong></p>\n<p>Work Schedule: <strong>Swing Shift (1st, 2nd & 3rd on rotating weeks)</strong></p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>Electrical Tech Responsibilities</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Work together with and/or leads the operating crew to minimize downtime and to maximize productivity</li>\n <li>Responsible for making the basic decisions on how an electrical repair is to proceed and perform quality repairs the first time</li>\n <li>Responsible for leading the completion of more complicated and specialized electrical tasks</li>\n <li>Responsible for assisting Maintenance Techs when assigned</li>\n <li>Work with the production team for constant improvement</li>\n <li>Perform administrative duties as assigned including completion of work order documentation and data entry into the computerized maintenance system</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Electrical Tech Requirements:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>4-5 years of heavy industrial/maintenance experience OR</strong></li>\n <li><strong>Four year apprenticeship certification OR </strong></li>\n <li><strong>2 years of heavy industrial/maintenance experience</strong> <strong>and</strong> <strong>a 2 year Technical degree in Electrical (or a similar field)</strong></li>\n <li>Electrical troubleshooting skills a must.
