In addition to preparing quality, consistent beverages, and cocktails, our Bartenders are responsible for delivering quality, timely service to ensure a top-notch guest experience. Our Bartenders anticipate guest needs, work with teammates to ensure all guests are cared for, and exhibit genuine enthusiasm in all that they do. &nbsp;</p><p><strong>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong></p><ul><li>Inspire memorable experiences by providing top-notch service and remaining attentive to guest needs. &nbsp;</li><li>Interact with guests to ensure the best guest experience and effectively upsell offerings.</li><li>Prepare and serve menu items while exhibiting genuine enthusiasm, energy, and urgency.</li><li>Process food and beverage orders and payments accurately and timely.</li><li>Uphold operational procedures, food and alcohol safety, and quality standards to ensure guest satisfaction and maintain compliance.</li><li>Conduct opening/closing duties, cash handling, and deposits.</li><li>Maintain a stocked, clean, and tidy bar area.</li><li>Other duties as assigned</li><li>Demonstrate Andy B&rsquo;s Core Values: Teamwork, Service, Inspiring Fun, and Excellence.</li></ul><p><strong>KEY REQUIREMENTS:</strong></p><ul><li>Must be of legal age to bartend according to state regulations.</li><li>A minimum of 6 months of cash handling, serving, and bartending experience is preferred.</li><li>Lift up to 20 lbs regularly; up to 50 lbs occasionally</li><li>Friendly, outgoing personality and a get-it-done attitude.</li><li>Excellent communication skills.</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.</li><li>Successful completion of food handling and alcohol certifications required by local and state governments.</li></ul></div>\n",
