(Open to see 2.7as well)</span></li>\n<li><span> Good operations Knowledge ( like reconciliation operational knowledge of cash instruments, nostro, general ledger, suspense etc)</span></li>\n<li><span> Know the trade cycle and general understanding of different Asset classes.</span></li>\n<li><span> Technical knowledge to be able to talk to technical team members to coding knowledge needed.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span> </span></p>\n<p><span>Skillsets</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span> Business Analysts  from Investment banking domain(with in-depth knowledge of Capital Markets/ Securities Services products/Syndicated Loans &amp; TTS ) and reconciliation build experience. </span></li>\n<li><span> Hands on experience in Recon design and build incl. TLM rules config,  core controls, data ingestion and transformation.</span></li>\n<li><span> Hands on experience in Unix and SQL  </span></li>\n<li><span> Exposure to Python, API / data streaming solutions, Cloud hosting, Containerization and data analytics</span></li>\n<li><span> Hands on experience on build strategic (Recon Tool based) and tactical solutions (RPA / dashboards / reporting)</span></li>\n<li><span> Stakeholder management, accurate project tracking, co-ordination across teams and partner applications, reporting and timely escalation in case of issues</span></li>\n<li><span> End to End Project management, with stakeholder management and communications</span></li>\n<li><span> Testing Management End to End  UAT , with reporting</span></li>\n<li><span> Metrics Dashboard knowledge (Qliksense, Tableau)</span></li>\n</ul>",
