We invite you to contact us and see what it means to be #burnsbuilt.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: helvetica; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Ideal Candidate</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: helvetica; font-size: 12pt\">Requires at least two years experience of the following responsibilities:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: helvetica; font-size: 12pt\">Experience operating in a wide variety of motorized heavy equipment and vehicles used in earthwork and civil construction, including but not limited to:</span><br><span style=\"font-family: helvetica; font-size: 12pt\">- Bulldozers</span><br><span style=\"font-family: helvetica; font-size: 12pt\">- Excavators</span><br><span style=\"font-family: helvetica; font-size: 12pt\">- Motorgraders / Rollers</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: helvetica; font-size: 12pt\">Prepares heavy equipment by conducting inspections; performing preventive maintenance checks.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: helvetica; font-size: 12pt\">Prepares work by studying and clarifying plans, calculating requirements and gathering supplies.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-family: helvetica\">Maintains safe, secure, and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures and complying with legal regulations</span><br></span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: helvetica; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Preferred Qualifications / Skills:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: helvetica; font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"color: rgb(54, 54, 54)\">Experience with Trimble GPS or other machine control systems is preferred but not required</span></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: helvetica; font-size: 12pt\">Ability to read labels, safety warnings, and guidelines</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: helvetica; font-size: 12pt\">Attention to detail and alert at all times to ensure safety</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: helvetica; font-size: 12pt\">Able to receive and follow instructions</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: helvetica; font-size: 12pt\">Communicates well with co-workers</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: helvetica; font-size: 12pt\">Ability to safely operate various vehicles and equipment</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: helvetica; font-size: 12pt\">Previous experience, especially in the construction industry, preferred</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: helvetica; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">All candidates must be able to pass the following: </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: helvetica; font-size: 12pt\">Drug Screen (fee paid by Burns) </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: helvetica; font-size: 12pt\">Background Screening </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: helvetica; font-size: 12pt\">MVR Screening </span><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">At Burns Dirt, we believe in a skills-first approach to recruitment and employment.
