  "description": "<p>Technical Project Manager</p><p>Location: Duluth, GA</p><p>Posting End Date:</p><p>Employee Type: Regular-Full time</p><p>Union/Non: This is a non-union position</p><p>We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to manage and oversee all aspects of a technology project to ensure it is completed on time and within budget.</p><p style=\"min-height: 1.7em;\"></p><p>Position Overview:</p><p>• Manage and oversee all aspects of a technology project to ensure it is completed on time and within budget.</p><p>• Overall responsibility for managing scope, cost, schedule, internal staffing and outside vendors, and contractual deliverable.</p><p>• Prepare reports for upper management regarding the status of the project.</p><p>• Create and execute project work plans and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.</p><p>• Identify resources needed and assign individual responsibilities.</p><p>• Manage day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope.</p><p>• Review deliverables prepared by team before passing to client.</p><p>• Effectively apply our methodology and enforce project standards.</p><p>• Review quality assurance procedures, test plans, and strategies.</p><p>• Minimize our exposure and risk on project.</p><p>• Ensure project documents are complete, current and stored appropriately.</p><p>• Track and report team hours and expenses on a weekly basis.</p><p>• Manage project budget.</p><p>• Determine appropriate revenue recognition, ensure timely and accurate invoicing, and monitor receivables for projects.</p><p>• Work in conjunction with leadership to ensure projects are in scope.</p><p>• Provide support and coaching to emerging managers.</p><p>• Lead daily and weekly touchpoint meetings with internal teams and clients.</p><p>• Monitor project KPIs.</p><p>• Collaborate closely with the clients during UAT testing to identify, log, and address findings in a timely matter and according to project needs.</p><p>• Partial telecommuting permitted 2 days per week from within the Duluth, GA MSA.</p><p style=\"min-height: 1.7em;\"></p><p>Education and Experience:</p><p>• Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a closely related field of study.</p><p>• Must have four (4) years of experience as an IT Project Manager, Project Engineer, Technology Delivery Manager, or closely related position.</p><p>• The four (4) years of experience must have included experience with application programming, database, and system design, including: Project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, Confluence; Software such as Microsoft Suite and Bamboo; Development methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, Waterfall; and Experience with technologies such as APIs, Cloud Services, Network infrastructure &amp; architecture, CI/CD pipelines.</p><p style=\"min-height: 1.7em;\"></p><p style=\"min-height: 1.7em;\"></p>",
