          "text": "<p><strong>Salary: $36.00 - $38.00 / Hour</strong></p><p><strong>Schedule: Part time&#xa0;</strong></p><p><strong>Shifts available: 6:30a-2:30p, 2:30p-10:30p, 10:30p-6:30a</strong></p><p>Led by the community's Health and Wellness Director (RN), our Wellness Nurse is a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) who provides direct nursing care to the Residents with an emphasis on holistic wellness. They also help supervise the day-to-day nursing activities performed by care staff of CNA's and Home Health Aides (HHAs).</p><p><strong>Responsibilities and Duties</strong></p><ul><li>Monitors the health, safety, and well-being of all residents</li><li>Assisting in training and monitoring of medication administration</li><li>Supervise care staff in accordance with current state regulations and community policies</li><li>Maintaining clinical quality assurance in accordance with federal, state and local standards</li><li>Promote the highest degree of service to our residents while leading and demonstrating the mission of the company</li><li>Conduct thorough resident assessments</li></ul>",
