This position is located in Florida. Job Summary The Business Development Coordinator provides essential support to Sanderson Firm’s sales and client service efforts through a blend of administrative, clerical, and business development tasks. This role assists with CRM management, meeting coordination, conference tracking and client communications to ensure efficient operations and exceptional client experiences. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. Prior experience in insurance, legal, or Medicare Secondary Payer (MSP) services is preferred. Job Responsibilities Create customer accounts and enter the leads into the system, updating them through the various stages of the sales process. Manage and update the customer database with relevant information, such as contact details, interactions; update customer pipeline opportunities as needed. Monitor and track sales data, ensuring accuracy and completeness of sales records and reports. Pass relevant information to sales team for customer contact, services, questions, concerns. Collect and record detailed, factual customer feedback information and forward to Sales department. Ensure each order is in line with sales order process and work in collaboration with the Client Success Team. Provide other administrative support to the sales team, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments. Create monthly reports that will be distributed to the CSC Department for delivery to Clients. Performs other related duties as assigned by leadership to support business development and firm-wide objectives. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience) 2–5 years of experience in business development, sales support, or client services Familiarity with the insurance, legal, or healthcare industries; MSP or MSA experience a plus Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, OneNote, SharePoint) Experience using Salesforce CRM for data entry, reporting, and pipeline management Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional, client-focused tone Excellent organization and multitasking skills; able to manage multiple priorities Detail-oriented with a proactive, problem-solving mindset Skilled in coordinating client meetings, proposals, and business reviews Comfortable working across departments (Business Development, Account Management, Operations, Legal) Experience using tools like RocketReach/Zoom Info preferred Positive, dependable, and collaborative team player Passionate about supporting a woman-owned firm committed to Medicare compliance and client service excellence What We Offer You We believe in supporting our team both professionally and personally.
