Should that occur, the position would transition to a live-out role in UES. They are seeking someone who is adaptable, enjoys working collaboratively with parents, and is interested in growing with the family long-term.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Schedule</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Monday–Friday, approximately 8:00am–6:00pm</p>\n<p>Flexibility for occasional Saturday hours when needed</p>\n<p>**Live-in accommodations available seven days per week, even though the primary work schedule is Monday–Friday**</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Providing attentive care for a toddler and infant</li>\n <li>Supporting developmental milestones through age-appropriate activities and play</li>\n <li>Managing children's daily routines, including meals, naps, and outings</li>\n <li>Preparing children's meals and maintaining child-related organization</li>\n <li>Children's laundry and nursery upkeep</li>\n <li>Creating a calm, structured, and nurturing environment</li>\n <li>Traveling with the family as needed</li>\n <li>Maintaining open and consistent communication with parents regarding schedules, routines, and developmental progress</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Calm, patient, and nurturing demeanor</li>\n <li>Strong communication skills with both parents and children</li>\n <li>Professional, flexible, and dependable</li>\n <li>Someone who values creating a peaceful and positive home environment</li>\n <li>Long-term mindset and desire to grow with a family</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Requirements</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Prior experience caring for infants and toddlers simultaneously</li>\n <li>Background in Early Childhood Education strongly preferred</li>\n <li>Valid driver's license is a plus</li>\n <li>Flexibility to travel with the family as needed</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Salary and Benefits</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>$35–$40/hour DOE, on the books</li>\n <li>Live-in accommodations are provided while in the Hamptons</li>\n <li>PTO, sick days, more to be discussed</li>\n <li>Long-term opportunity with a warm and flexible household</li>\n</ul>",
