    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\" data-pasted=\"true\"><strong>PKI Architect &amp; Compliance Lead, Senior</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Location:</strong> Quantico, VA (100% On‑Site)</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Job Summary:</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">The Senior PKI Architect &amp; Compliance Lead provides technical leadership and strategic oversight for the design, implementation, integration, and compliance of Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) solutions supporting a Federal DoD Agency. This role serves as the senior technical authority for PKI architecture and compliance, ensuring that all PKI systems and processes align with DoD/NSS policies, operational requirements, and security best practices. The PKI Architect &amp; Compliance Lead works closely with Government stakeholders, cybersecurity teams, network operations, and PKI operations personnel to ensure PKI solutions are secure, scalable, and audit‑ready throughout their lifecycle.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Duties/Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Lead the design, architecture, and implementation planning of PKI solutions supporting DoD missions</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Develop and maintain PKI architectural documentation, technical designs, and implementation plans</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ensure PKI solutions comply with DoD/NSS PKI policies, standards, and accreditation requirements</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Serve as the primary technical authority for PKI compliance and audit readiness activities</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Support PKI audits, inspections, and compliance assessments and lead corrective action planning</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Coordinate PKI architecture decisions and changes with Government stakeholders</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Provide technical guidance and subject matter expertise to PKI operations and engineering teams</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Evaluate emerging PKI technologies and recommend improvements or enhancements</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Support system sustainment, modernization, and technology refresh initiatives</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ensure PKI implementation efforts align with operational, cybersecurity, and mission requirements</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Required Qualifications/Skills:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree</strong> in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline is required</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Minimum <strong>8 years&nbsp;</strong>of experience supporting PKI architecture, network engineering, or information security is required</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Active Federal <strong>Secret Security Clearance</strong> is required</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Security+ (or equivalent)</strong> certification is required</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Demonstrated experience with:&nbsp;<ul type=\"circle\"><li>DoD/NSS PKI Registration Authority Workstation Administration</li><li>DoD/NSS PKI RA/LRA Auditor activities</li><li>DISA / PKI Purebred environments</li></ul></li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Strong technical documentation and analysis skills are required</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to technical and non‑technical stakeholders is required</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Physical Demands:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
