    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>Location: Onsite- West of Pittsburgh, PA </p>\n<p>Job Type: Direct Hire / Permanent</p>\n<p>Work Authorization: U.S. Citizen or Green Card.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>The A.C.Coy Company is currently hiring for a Purchasing Analyst for a full time role.  </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Support Project Managers in the purchasing of EPC services</li>\n <li>Create and manage the RFQ process to ensure the purchasing function aligns with the Project Managers timeline and budget</li>\n <li>Develop into the liaison between the subcontractors/suppliers and the project management and procurement teams</li>\n <li>Support the Supplier Relations Managers by facilitating the qualifications of new subcontractors where appropriate and engage the project stakeholder team to help determine which subcontractors shall be engaged during the RFQ process for their respective projects</li>\n <li>Analyze the responses to the RFQ/RFP (request for quotation/proposal) and summarize the results for the internal project stakeholders</li>\n <li>Control the subcontractor invoice process and documentation requirements to ensure supplier submittal documentation is well received and invoicing is accurate</li>\n <li>Support the purchasing team regarding documentation control and supplier database information</li>\n <li>Contribute to the standardization of the RFQ/RPF processes and adherence of subcontractors</li>\n <li>Participate in, develop, and maintain tools, best practices, reports to support the Procurement Team</li>\n <li>Support the Supplier Relations Managers in evaluating subcontractors/suppliers' performance by completing scorecards<strong></strong></li>\n <li>Create and track RFQs/RFPs and monitor responses</li>\n <li>Update internal databases with purchasing details (dates, vendors, quantities, discounts)</li>\n <li>Building pricing history list and conduct market research to identify pricing trends</li>\n <li>Evaluate and negotiate bids from subcontractors/suppliers</li>\n <li>Maintain updated records of invoices and contracts and project closing documents</li>\n <li>Build reports and analyze KPIs within the Purchasing department</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Education: </strong>Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain or engineering is preferred</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>2-3 years of experience</li>\n <li>Knowledge of SAP highly preferred (MM modules)</li>\n <li>Proficient in Excel (pivot tables, formulas such as xlookup, conditions (if, or, and), index, match, building charts) and Microsoft Teams/Office Suite</li>\n</ul>",
