Apply today!</p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #222222\"> </span><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #222222\">Niyam is seeking an experienced <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Salesforce Functional Analyst</span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"> </span>for one of our federal clients. The Salesforce Functional Analyst supports federal programs by analyzing business and user needs and translating them into functional requirements within Salesforce-based solutions. This role works closely with government stakeholders, program teams, and technical resources to define system scope, support compliant solution design, and ensure successful delivery in accordance with federal standards and security requirements. <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">This position is associated with a proposal submission and is contingent upon contract award. Candidates selected through this process may be considered for employment should the contract be awarded to our organization.</span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><br></span></span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Roles and Responsibilities</span></p>\n<ul></ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Analyze business and user needs within a federal program environment and document detailed functional requirements.</li>\n<li>Collaborate with government stakeholders to define system scope, objectives, and business processes aligned to mission needs.</li>\n<li>Conduct research, fact-finding, and data analysis to support solution design and program objectives.</li>\n<li>Facilitate requirements gathering sessions, stakeholder interviews, and working groups with federal clients.</li>\n<li>Translate business requirements into functional specifications for Salesforce configuration and development teams.</li>\n<li>Support Agile or hybrid project delivery, including backlog grooming, sprint planning, and user story development.</li>\n<li>Ensure solutions align with federal compliance requirements (e.g., NIST, FedRAMP, security and privacy standards).</li>\n<li>Assist in the development of end-user documentation, SOPs, and training materials.</li>\n<li>Deliver end-user training and provide post-deployment support to federal users.</li>\n<li>Provide subject matter expertise in Salesforce functionality and business process optimization.</li>\n<li>Analyze system issues and recommend compliant, scalable solutions.</li>\n<li>Support preparation of project deliverables, reports, and required contract documentation.</li>\n<li>Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including security, infrastructure, and development, to ensure successful delivery.<br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Qualifications and Education Requirements</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>US Citizenship with ability to successfully complete a federal background investigation.</li>\n<li>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related field .</li>\n<li>Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Functional Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role.</li>\n<li>Hands-on experience supporting Salesforce implementations or enhancements.</li>\n<li>Experience working on federal government contracts or within regulated environments.</li>\n<li>Strong understanding of requirements gathering, business process analysis, and documentation practices.</li>\n<li>Experience supporting system testing, including UAT coordination and defect tracking.</li>\n<li>Familiarity with federal compliance frameworks such as NIST 800-53, FedRAMP, or similar.</li>\n<li>Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.</li>\n<li>Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with government stakeholders.<br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Preferred Skills</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Business Analyst, Platform App Builder).</li>\n<li>Experience with Salesforce GovCloud or other secure cloud environments.</li>\n<li>Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments using tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps.</li>\n<li>Knowledge of Salesforce products such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Experience Cloud.</li>\n<li>Familiarity with data reporting, dashboards, and analytics within Salesforce.</li>\n<li>Experience with integrations between Salesforce and other federal systems.</li>\n<li>Strong experience with user training, change management, and adoption strategies.<br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(89, 89, 89)\">Application Deadline:</span><span style=\"color: rgb(89, 89, 89)\"><span> </span>This position will be posted for a minimum of 2 business days or until a sufficient candidate pool has been collected.
