    "description": "<h2>About JerseySTEM</h2>\n<p><strong>All JerseySTEM roles are pro-bono (unpaid) positions.</strong>JerseySTEM is a mission-driven professional network of pro-bono contributors dedicated to improving access to STEM education and career pathways for underserved middle school girls in New Jersey.</p>\n<p>Members contribute their professional skills and leverage their networks in service of the organization’s gender-equity agenda.Membership is a <strong>minimum six-month commitment of approximately six flexible hours per week </strong>and includes a $100 refundable deposit, returned after six months of active membership. K–12 educators, retirees, veterans, interns, and students are exempt from the deposit.</p>\n<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p><strong>This is a pro-bono volunteer position.</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>The Video Editor is responsible for editing and assembling recorded raw material into a finished product as well as managing the logistics of the video production. They will develop, pitch, execute, and create ideas for new projects that aid the organization. </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Manage and oversee all technical aspects of video recording and editing  </li>\n <li>Manage Video Library</li>\n <li>Develop production schedules</li>\n <li>Collaborate with the marketing team and stakeholders to address needs in multimedia content</li>\n <li>Write scripts, manage budget, and hire talent</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Education related to this field</li>\n <li>3+ years of experience </li>\n <li>Self-starter</li>\n <li>Creative</li>\n <li>3-5 hours per week, 6 months minimum</li>\n <li>This is a remote opportunity</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>This is a pro-bono volunteer position.</strong></p>",
