Cross Functional Collaboration – Promotes strong relationships with business units (e.g., Land, Finance, Operations) and other IT disciplines to ensure unified solution delivery; Facilitates open communication between the custom development, generative AI and automation groups to prevent silos; Demonstrates adaptability when coordinating across multiple technical stacks and changing project priorities. Decision Making and Judgment – Makes sound, data-driven decisions that balance technical innovation, security governance, and business value; Exercises strong situational awareness, particularly regarding the risks of AI hallucination or automated process failures; Influences decision-making by presenting clear technical trade-offs and architectural recommendations. Operational Excellence – Sets and enforces high standards for software quality, code auditability, and DevSecOps discipline; Drives efficiency by identifying opportunities to reuse code components across the platform and leveraging emerging technologies to solve legacy problems. Communication and Stakeholder Engagement – Communicates effectively with technical and non-technical audiences, ensuring clarity regarding the capabilities and limitations of AI models; Keeps leadership and stakeholders informed of project status, risks, and ROI in a timely and accurate manner; Represents the technology team professionally in internal and external interactions, including with software vendors and contract partners.
