This includes the review and continuous monitoring of development roadmaps to ensure alignment with the IT division&#39;s objectives. The Supervisor ensures that digital products&mdash;ranging from the enterprise assistants to robotic automation processes&mdash;are designed and delivered to meet established business goals and audit needs where relevant, focusing on code quality, security governance, user experience, and operational scalability. Serving as an interdisciplinary coordinator, the Supervisor works to guarantee efficient project execution across automation developers, data scientists, and front-end engineers. Additional responsibilities encompass technical mentorship, code reviews, making recommendations regarding hiring or changes in personnel status, as well as championing programs for AI literacy.
