These duties are accomplished while delivering Raving Fans customer service to both internal and external customers.</span></p><p><span style='font-family: \"times new roman\", serif; font-size: 16px;'><strong>Part Time, Onsite Position</strong></span></p><p><span style='font-family: \"times new roman\", serif; font-size: 16px;'><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></span></p><ul><li data-pasted=\"true\" style='font-family: \"times new roman\", serif; font-size: 16px;'>Support Event Services Associate(s).</li><li style='font-family: \"times new roman\", serif; font-size: 16px;'>Coordinate Square Logistics with Event Services Manager and Special Events Manager.</li><li style='font-family: \"times new roman\", serif; font-size: 16px;'>Assist in set-up and breakdown of special events.</li><li style='font-family: \"times new roman\", serif; font-size: 16px;'>Create a welcoming and friendly environment for all guests entering the facility and assist in providing The Villages Entertainment event information.</li><li style='font-family: \"times new roman\", serif; font-size: 16px;'>Ensure the safety of the public and assist emergency personnel in emergency situations with traffic and Event Services operations.</li><li style='font-family: \"times new roman\", serif; font-size: 16px;'>Identify and report hazards to the proper channels.</li><li style='font-family: \"times new roman\", serif; font-size: 16px;'>All other duties as assigned.</li></ul><p><span style='font-family: \"times new roman\", serif; font-size: 16px;'><strong>Education &amp; Experience Requirements:</strong></span></p><ul><li data-pasted=\"true\" style='font-family: \"times new roman\", serif; font-size: 16px;'>High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED); or three (3) to six (6) months of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.</li><li style='font-family: \"times new roman\", serif; font-size: 16px;'>Strong customer service and communication skills.</li><li style='font-family: \"times new roman\", serif; font-size: 16px;'>Must have the ability to work nights, weekends and holidays as business needs require.</li><li style='font-family: \"times new roman\", serif; font-size: 16px;'>Must complete Crowd Safety Training within sixty (60) days of hire date.</li><li style='font-family: \"times new roman\", serif; font-size: 16px;'>This position is subjected to The Villages Vehicle Safety Program and its policies as it requires the use of personal vehicles for company business.
