Pinnergy has an immediate opening for a Rig Hands in its Midland, TX location.</p><p>Responsible for assisting in rigging up and down of the drilling rig and equipment, handling, sorting and moving drill pipe, BHA&rsquo;s and other materials in addition to maintaining a clean and organized work environment.&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Job duties and responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Duty of the Floorhand to run the Load safe (pipe handler/hydraulic catwalk) during drilling, tripping pipe or running casing.&nbsp;</li><li>Ability to weld or run a cutting torch.</li><li>Assist any other company personnel with task at hand that they are capable of performing.&nbsp;</li><li>Responsible for cleaning and keeping living quarters in an orderly manner as required.&nbsp;</li><li>Assist in mentoring of new employees based upon their ability.</li><li>Preforms additional duties as assigned. &nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</li></ul><p><strong>Education and Experience:</strong></p><ul><li>High School diploma or equivalent.</li><li>ASE certified a plus. &nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Welding experience a plus &nbsp; &nbsp;</li><li><strong>Minimum of 1 plus years&#39; experience as a Rig Hand. </strong>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.&nbsp;</li></ul><p><strong>Requirements&nbsp;</strong>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</p><ul><li>Must always work in a safe and efficient manner.</li><li>Must have valid Driver&rsquo;s License, CDL is not required but a plus.</li><li>Must be willing to work required 12-hour shifts.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Benefits:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>401(k)</li><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Employee assistance program</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Paid time off.</li><li>Referral program</li><li>Retirement plan</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul></div></div></div></div>\n",
