font-weight: bold\">Essential Responsibilities</span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt; font-weight: bold\">Assessment and Evaluation</span><br></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Conduct screenings, assessments, and comprehensive speech-language evaluations.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Interpret assessment results and prepare written reports with clear recommendations.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Assist in determining student eligibility for speech and language services in accordance with applicable regulations and school procedures.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt; font-weight: bold\">Service Delivery</span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on student needs and educational goals.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide direct and indirect speech-language therapy services as outlined in student IEPs or service plans.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Address a range of communication needs, including articulation, expressive and receptive language, fluency, voice, and pragmatic language.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt;
