We are competent, capable, and we invest in our people and in our processes to ensure we continue to grow and do our best work every day. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>The CNC Tech is a member of the technical team involved in all aspects of the manufacturing process particularly in machine and moulid validation, new product introduction and continuous improvement initiatives.<br><br>Key responsibilities:</p>\n<ol>\n<li>Identify causes of problems in production related to tooling and automation and carry out corrective actions to continuously improve OEE</li>\n<li>Repair extrusion tools and moulds and carry out preventive maintenance on tools in line with IATF16949 standard to ensure reliable performance</li>\n</ol>\n<p>3.Carry out modifications to moulds and fixtures because of customer requested engineering changes and internal corrective actions to improve performance</p>\n<ol>\n<li>Test and check moulds and fixtures to ensure readiness for production and reliable performance</li>\n<li>Carry out inspection on new moulds and modify to correct any issues</li>\n<li>Writing and optimizing CNC programs to create complex parts and components</li>\n<li>Selecting the appropriate tools, machines and materials for each job</li>\n<li>Testing programs and adjusting ensure efficiency and quality</li>\n<li>Collaborating with engineering team to evaluate project requirements and resolve issues related to machine set up and programmed performance</li>\n<li>Maintaining records and documentation for machine specifications and programming notes</li>\n</ol>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>",
