You will protect and promote the interests of both Gilbane and the client in all matters as well as demonstrating the personal characteristics of a developing leader. </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Provides oversight relative to all aspects of planning & scheduling within assigned projects</li>\n <li>Performs as the scheduling expert for the Business Unit (BU), performing work on advanced and complicated tasks</li>\n <li>Demonstrates an advanced expertise in scheduling tools and techniques and regularly stays connected to current and new industry standards</li>\n <li>Makes recommendations to Divisional management regarding adoption of latest advances in scheduling practices</li>\n <li>Performs skillfully schedule & cost loading for CPM schedules</li>\n <li>Performs proficient schedule analysis and analyzes variances and trends when comparing multiple schedules</li>\n <li>Performs the delay claims process, develops delay analysis narratives, and coordinates with the Legal Department</li>\n <li>Participates in formal proposals and interviews for prospective projects</li>\n <li>Ensures adequate controls are in place so that proper schedule techniques and update procedures are followed on all assigned projects</li>\n <li>Coaches and mentors less experienced team members</li>\n <li>Trains others in risk identification and mitigation</li>\n <li>Conducts and reviews monthly project audits and provides recommendations for risk mitigation plans</li>\n <li>Reports concerns and updates to Business Unit management regarding proper project controls on any projects within a Business Unit</li>\n <li>Monitors overall performance indicators</li>\n <li>Manages workload and deliverables and balances with available backlogged recoveries</li>\n <li>Trains Project Managers and Superintendents on how to schedule and use scheduling software to manage work in the field</li>\n <li>Participates in the Scheduling peer group by actively getting involved in regular meetings or joining a subcommittee</li>\n <li>Utilizes industry standard software to support scheduling process</li>\n <li>Supports a positive and inclusive work environment</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree in Construction, Engineering, Architecture, or related field</li>\n <li>8-17 years of related experience</li>\n <li>Hyperscale data center experience is required</li>\n <li>Professional Certification in AACEi, PMI, AGC, CMAA, or similar is recommended</li>\n <li>Or equivalent combination of education and experience</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>In-depth knowledge of construction means, methods, sequences, crew sizes, productivity rates, manpower analysis, cash flow, and CPM scheduling</li>\n <li>Excellent planning and problem-solving skills</li>\n <li>Strong communication, interpersonal and teamwork skills</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Salary to be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience of the applicant, as well as the internal equity and alignment with the team.</p>\n<p>The pay ranges from $130,600-$210,100 plus benefits and retirement program.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><em>Gilbane offers an excellent total compensation package which includes competitive health and welfare benefits and a generous profit-sharing/401k plan.
