If you've spent years building teams, running operations, and driving revenue in the trades, we want to connect with you! The role — what you'll own Full P&L responsibility for a multi-trade service operation (HVAC, Plumbing, and/or Electrical) Hiring, developing, and retaining field technicians, dispatchers, and office staff Setting and executing revenue, margin, and customer satisfaction targets Partnering with executive leadership on strategic growth initiatives Building a culture of high performance, accountability, safety, and exceptional customer experience Managing vendor relationships, fleet, equipment, and operational infrastructure What we're looking for 5+ years of progressive leadership experience within HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, or a multi-trade environment Demonstrated track record of growing a service business — revenue, team size, or market footprint Hands-on familiarity with the trades: you've supervised technicians, managed dispatch, and understand the field Strong financial acumen — you know your numbers and can drive profitability with intention Excellent communication and people skills; you lead by example and inspire loyalty Open to relocation anywhere in the U.S. (full relocation package provided upon hire) Experience with ServiceTitan, or comparable field service software is a plus Why leaders join us Compensation packages that reflect true General Manager-level accountability — 200K+ base salary, incredible bonus opportunity, company equity and amazing benefits Backing from well-capitalized ownership groups actively investing in growth Autonomy to run your operation without micromanagement Career Growth — successful GMs frequently advance to Area, Regional or VP-level roles Stable, recession-resistant industry with consistent demand #CGHP About Champions Group: Champions Group is a nationwide leading provider of essential home services specializing in heating, air conditioning and plumbing services.
