      "content": "<div>\n\n<li>Create engaging and effective training materials, including presentations, manuals, e-learning modules, and hands-on exercises that align with organizational goals and address the specific technical skills and knowledge required, ensuring they are up to date with the latest industry trends and technologies.</li>\n<li>Deliver Onboarding Training sessions on site ensuring participants grasp complex concepts and practical applications.</li>\n<li>Conduct site visits and assessments to identify the training needs of employees and teams, collaborating with stakeholders to understand technical skill gaps and learning requirements.</li>\n<li>Develop and implement evaluation mechanisms to assess the effectiveness of training programs, collecting feedback from participants and stakeholders to continuously improve content and delivery methods.</li>\n<li>Utilize Learning Management Systems (LMS) to organize and track training initiatives, managing course enrollment, tracking participant progress, and reporting requirements.</li>\n<li>Work closely with subject matter experts (SMEs) and site training representatives (STRs) to ensure the accuracy and relevance of training content, incorporating real-world examples and case studies.</li>\n<li>Utilize instructional design principles, adult learning theory, and instructional technologies to design and develop high-quality learning materials, including online courses, e-learning modules, instructor-led training materials, job aids, and assessments.</li>\n<li>Stay updated with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in instructional design and adult learning. Identify and recommend innovative approaches to enhance learning experiences.</li>\n<li>All other duties consistent with your role as you may be assigned by T5FM management.</li>\n<li>Up to 70% travel</li>\n\n</div>"
