The company serves a diverse customer base across the telecommunications, medical device, automotive, heavy transportation, office equipment, electronics, warehouse management, and industrial manufacturing sectors. Known for its high-quality metalworking and fabrication capabilities, the organization offers a stable work environment, strong benefits, and opportunities for long-term growth.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Position Responsibilities</span></p>\n<p>The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for maintaining and repairing manufacturing equipment to ensure maximum uptime and production efficiency. Daily responsibilities include performing preventive maintenance on production machinery, troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and PLC-controlled equipment, responding to equipment breakdowns, and diagnosing root causes of machine failures. This role works closely with production teams to minimize downtime and support continuous manufacturing operations.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Qualifications</span></p>\n<p>Qualified candidates will have at least 5 years of maintenance experience within a manufacturing environment and possess strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills. Experience working with hydraulic, pneumatic, and PLC-controlled machinery is highly preferred. Technical degrees, trade school training, or maintenance certifications are a plus but not required.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>The company offers a competitive hourly rate of $25–$38 per hour (DOE), annual bonus potential, medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k), PTO, sick time, paid holidays, and additional benefits.</p>",
