The ideal candidate will work in the field and support the Greater LA area, while potentially traveling to San Diego or up to San Francisco for support as needed.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>As a Field Service Engineer, you will be tasked with providing high quality customer support through instrument installation, maintenance and troubleshooting.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Responsible for new equipment installation.</li>\n <li>Perform preventative maintenance.</li>\n <li>Troubleshoot and repair Hamilton equipment.</li>\n <li>Report problems and perform root cause analysis on instrument failures.</li>\n <li>Regular commute to and from customer sites with ability to navigate within the region. Must follow traffic laws and correctly route themselves, ensuring on-time arrival at customer site.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>A high desire for quality.</li>\n <li>Demonstrated experience working in the field as well as corporate setting.</li>\n <li>Ability to train non-technical personnel on highly technical material.</li>\n <li>Ability and willingness to work in a safety conscious manner necessary due to potential hazardous chemicals and biologicals.</li>\n <li>Ability to learn new robotic operating systems.</li>\n <li>The FSE must possess and maintain a current, valid Driver License.
