The Site Lead ensures that all technical specifications—from seismic requirements to electrical infrastructure—are met while managing diverse stakeholders and maintaining strict adherence to federal compliance standards.</p>\n<h2>What You’ll Do in Your New Role</h2>\n<ul>\n <li><p><strong>Project Management & Execution:</strong> Lead complex construction management projects, ensuring delivery is on-time and within budget. Navigate the unique complexities and schedule histories inherent to airport environments.</p></li>\n <li><p><strong>Technical Compliance:</strong> Oversee design alternatives and solutions, ensuring all work meets federal, state, and local specifications.</p></li>\n <li><p><strong>Stakeholder Coordination:</strong> Act as the central point of contact for multiple stakeholders, including TSA officials, airport authorities, and prime contractors.</p></li>\n <li><p><strong>Site Supervision:</strong> Manage the daily activities of field staff and sub-contracting firms, ensuring safety and quality standards are exceeded.</p></li>\n <li><p><strong>Infrastructure Oversight:</strong> Apply a deep understanding of airport-specific construction, including floor loading capacities, rigging complexities, and electrical infrastructure.</p></li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Required Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li><p>BA/BS + 8 years of experience <strong>OR</strong> MA/MS + 6 years of experience</p></li>\n <li><p><strong>Technical Knowledge:</strong> Thorough understanding of airport construction practices and standards (seismic, electrical, rigging).</p></li>\n <li><p><strong>Regulatory Familiarity:</strong> Mastery of the <strong>Checkpoint Requirements and Planning Guide (CRPG)</strong> for checkpoint operations.</p></li>\n <li><p><strong>Compliance:</strong> Demonstrated ability to resolve compliance issues with federal authorities.</p></li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Desired Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li><p><strong>Clearance:</strong> Active <strong>DHS Suitability</strong> or the ability to obtain it immediately.</p></li>\n <li><p><strong>Specific Experience:</strong> Previous project leadership at US airports.</p></li>\n</ul>\n<h2>About the Company</h2>\n<p>Culmen International is committed to enhancing international safety and security, strengthening homeland defense, advancing humanitarian missions, and optimizing government operations.
