As a BCBA on our team, you get one remote workday each week paired with schedule flexibility — adjust your start and end times to work around the commute that fits your life, whether that means an early arrival, a later start, or anything in between.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Pay and Bonus Structure</strong></p>\n<p><strong>Total Annual Compensation: $95,000 – $123,000 annually + sign-on bonus</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Base Salary: </strong>$95,000 – $105,000</li>\n <li><strong>Monthly Performance Bonus: </strong>$7,000 – $18,000 annually (paid monthly)</li>\n <li><strong>Sign-On Bonus: </strong>$5,000 – $10,000 (based on start date and location)</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Role Overview</strong></p>\n<p>As a BCBA on our team, your week looks like this: morning sessions running assessments and shaping treatment plans, afternoons mentoring the BTs and RBTs who carry your programming forward, and ongoing touchpoints with parents who are counting on real progress at home. You'll own the clinical direction for a caseload of clients receiving ABA therapy, with the autonomy to design programs that actually fit the kid in front of you — not the caseload average.
