Paid time off is earned according to the local policy and increases with the length of employment.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Click HERE to discover how we empower team members to grow, thrive, and advance in their careers.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>WE LOVE OUR WORK.</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Responsible for fostering a fun environment.</li>\n <li>Responsible for being a gracious host to all guests and co-workers.</li>\n <li>Responsible for promoting a positive influence in the community and participating in company-sponsored events.</li>\n <li>Ensure interactions with internal and external guests follow the guidelines of the ACES Service Program.</li>\n <li>Complies with state, company, and department policies and regulations.</li>\n <li>Provide security on assigned gaming or landing area: maintains high visibility, handles problem situations, watches for safety hazards, and provides assistance in medical situations.</li>\n <li>Patrol of parking lots.</li>\n <li>Provide security escorts for all monetary transfers, fills, and credit.</li>\n <li>Provide crowd control, direct traffic, check I.D., check for cameras, bottles and other items not allowed on Gaming floor.</li>\n <li>Provide assistance to customers: give directions, call cabs, assist with car trouble, etc.</li>\n <li>Provide special assistance to disabled patrons as necessary.</li>\n <li>Observe count crew doing the VLT drop and transports funds to the count room.</li>\n <li>Serve as dispatcher.</li>\n <li>Dispatch other officers to various assignments and maintains activity log sheets.</li>\n <li>Write detailed reports as required for incidents involving law violations and/or violations of company policy and procedure.</li>\n <li>Testify in court as needed.</li>\n <li>Occasionally, strenuous physical activity is required.</li>\n <li>Meet department uniform, appearance and grooming requirements.</li>\n <li>Meet attendance guidelines of the job and adhere to regulatory, department and company policies.</li>\n <li>Keep work areas clean and free of safety hazards, debris and litter.</li>\n <li>Perform all job duties in a safe and responsible manner.</li>\n <li>Any reasonable request made by your supervisor or any management personnel.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>BRING US YOUR BEST.</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Must be 21 years of age or older</li>\n <li>Must have outgoing, energetic and enthusiastic attitude.</li>\n <li>Must enjoy hosting others.</li>\n <li>Must be comfortable initiating conversations and creating a fun environment with our guests.</li>\n <li>Able to promptly and accurately follow instructions given by Supervisor or Manager.</li>\n <li>Must qualify for licensing by Ohio Lottery Commission and Ohio Casino Control Commission.</li>\n <li>Must be able to pass background check.</li>\n <li>Must be able to tolerate areas containing second hand smoke, varying noise and temperature levels, illumination, vibration, crowds, and air quality.</li>\n <li>Must have open availability including all three shifts, weekends, and holidays.</li>\n <li>Must possess a valid driver’s license to operate the company Security Vehicle.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>STAY IN THE GAME.
