    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\" data-pasted=\"true\"><strong>Job Title</strong>: ACC Analyst</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Department:</strong> AMOS Competency Center</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Reports To</strong>: Technical Project Manager&nbsp;</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Work Schedule</strong>: Full Time</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><br></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\" data-pasted=\"true\"><strong>Summary:</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">The ACC Analyst will assist with the creation and up-keep of SOPs, stay informed about AMOS improvements, be the first line of contact for end-users, and perform analytical functions pertaining to the AMOS systems. In addition, the ACC Analyst will assist with any projects, as necessary, relating to AMOS.&nbsp;</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Essential Duties and Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Shall be the first point of contact for end-users in their respective specialty area.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Shall apply analytical methods for troubleshooting issues related to AMOS.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Shall assist with the creation and up-keep of SOPs pertaining to their area of specialty.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Shall stay informed about improvements and issues relating to the AMOS software.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Shall assist with patch and version testing progression.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Shall assist with user acceptance testing (UAT) with AMOS Business Leads and Key Users.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Shall work in coordination with IT regarding any AMOS related errors or issues that require I.T. intervention.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Shall assist with data monitoring and auditing.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Shall travel when required for AMOS related trainings, conferences, workshops, etc.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Accomplishes any other duties as assigned by Manager.&nbsp;</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Education and/or Experience:</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Must be well versed with AMOS and have knowledge of Kalitta Air business processes, preferably within their area of specialty.&nbsp;</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Excellent verbal and written communications skills.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Airline experience/knowledge. 121/145 preferred.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining accuracy and a positive attitude.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Must be able to work independently and within a team to carry out duties to completion within parameters of instructions given.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Excellent organizational skills.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Understanding of System Software functionality.&nbsp;</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Language/ Mathematical Skills:</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ability to read, write and understand spoken and written English.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Physical Demands:</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
