    "description": "<h2>Job Description</h2>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong></strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Job Description:</strong></p>\n<p>Spectrum Healthcare Resources has an potential opportunity for a civilian<strong> Pediatric Anesthesiologist </strong>at<strong> Naval Medical Center San Diego (NMCSD)  in California.</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Details:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li> Great Patient Population</li>\n <li> Services shall be provided Sunday through Saturday, between the hours of 0000 to 2359 hours.</li>\n <li> Shifts will normally be scheduled for an 8.5 to-16-hour shift. Flexibility in hours needed based upon the daily schedule cases to support patient care.</li>\n <li> On call with call back (average around 2 call backs per month)</li>\n <li> Freedom from Malpractice Insurance Worries</li>\n <li> Salary to be determined but Employee or 1099 status avaiable in range of $200-250 hr </li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Job Requirements:</strong></p>\n<p>The Position will have the following requirements:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Possess and maintain board certification in Anesthesiology from either the American Board of Anesthesiology or the American Osteopathic Board of Anesthesiology</li>\n <li>Completion of an accredited residency approved by the Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME).</li>\n <li> Current, full, active, and unrestricted license to practice medicine in California.</li>\n <li> One year of experience required</li>\n <li> BLS</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Company Overview: </strong></p>\n<p>Spectrum Healthcare Resources (SHR) was established in 1988 to deliver systems and processes designed to meet the unique needs of Military and VA Health Systems.
