As a Viaero Installation and Customer Service Support Specialist you would be responsible for handling outbound calls to customers to schedule tech visits, supporting Installation Technician&rsquo;s, as well as handling inbound phone calls regarding cellular service. Our Representatives strive to provide one-call resolution for problems, issues, and inquiries conveyed by customers.
