    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p><span><strong>Manager, Fund Accounting</strong></span></p><p><span><strong>Livingston, NJ or Wilmington, DE-Hybrid schedule (three days on site weekly)</strong></span></p><p><span><strong>Monday to Friday 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.</strong></span></p><p><span><strong>Summary:</strong></span></p><p><span>CSC Global Financial Markets (GFM) has a growing financial services business unit located in West Orange New Jersey and Wilmington Delaware. We provide accounting and reporting services to private capital investment funds and their investors.&nbsp;</span></p><p><span><strong>Some of the things you will be doing:</strong></span></p><p><span>The Manager manages multiple client relationships ensuring superior client service with their client service team members.&nbsp;</span></p><p><span>Deliverables include fund administration services provided to private equity funds such as:</span></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li><span>Assist in managing client relationships</span></li><li><span>Review accounting records and support schedules&nbsp;</span></li><li><span>Review checks and wires</span></li><li><span>Review form 1099</span></li><li><span>Coordinate deliverables with client and internal teams</span></li><li><span>Daily client and team member interaction</span></li><li><span>Career development, supervision, and training of staff</span></li><li><a target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow\"><span>Ensure that best practices are used by fund accounting team and look for process improvements&nbsp;</span></a></li><li><span>Lead/Assist with special projects</span></li><li><span>Internal responsibilities (filing, status reports, time tracking, etc.)</span></li></ul><p><span><strong>What technical skills, experience, and qualifications do you need?</strong></span></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li><span>BS Degree in Accounting - CPA or CPA candidate a plus&nbsp;</span></li><li><span>Experience in portfolio/investment and partnership accounting required</span></li><li><span>Working knowledge of US GAAP</span></li><li><span>Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, SUMIF, IF/THEN, XIRR, SUBTOTAL, ROUND, named ranges)&nbsp;</span></li><li><span>Investran experience a plus</span></li><li><span>Able to multitask and perform tasks under strict deadlines</span></li><li><span>Experience delegating, training and supervising staff</span></li><li><span>Experience managing client relationships</span></li><li><span>Professional verbal and written communication skills</span></li><li><span>Attention to detail and strong organizational skills</span></li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p>At CSC, compensation decisions are dependent on a number of factors including job location and the knowledge and experience of each individual.
