Expect outdoor challenges and changing weather conditions. This means adapting to high heat, humidity, sudden storms, and cold temperatures. PPE such as rain jackets, hard hats, sunwear/sunscreen/cooling items, shirts/pants/hoodies, and footwear will be provided to safely navigate these environmental challenges.
