    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Weekend Warriors - Swiss CNC Machining</span></p>\n<p>CTE has a new shift opportunity! Please read below for more information.</p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Shift Overview</span></p>\n<p>The <em>Weekend Warrior Shift</em> is a dedicated schedule designed to support extended operations during weekends. Employees for this shift will work:</p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Days:</span> Friday, Saturday, and Sunday</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Hours:</span> 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM (12-hour shifts)</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Compensation</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Employees will be<span style=\"font-weight: bold\"> paid for 40 hours</span> per week, despite working 36 scheduled hours</li>\n<li>This shift will have a 15% shift premium</li>\n<li>Overtime (OT) will be applied to any time worked beyond 36 hours in the workweek, in accordance with company policy and applicable wage laws.</li>\n<li>Employees will receive Holiday Pay (12 hours) for the following Holidays:\n<ul>\n<li>Friday, July 3rd – Day before Independence Day</li>\n<li>Saturday, July 4th – Independence Day</li>\n<li>Friday, November 27th – Day after Thanksgiving</li>\n<li>Friday, December 25th – Christmas Day</li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Sign-on bonus incentive: $375 at 30 days; $375 at 90 days</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Breaks</span></p>\n<p>Employees working the <em>Weekend Warrior Shift</em> are entitled to the following breaks:</p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Two (2)</span> paid <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">15-minute</span> rest breaks spaced appropriately throughout the shift.\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Example: </span>11:00 AM, 5:00PM</li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">One (1)</span> paid <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">30-minute</span> meal break, at 2:00 PM</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Employees are expected to adhere to designated break schedules to maintain operational flow. Supervisors will communicate the specific timing of breaks.</p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Attendance and Punctuality </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Due to the compressed nature of the <em>Weekend Warrior </em>schedule, <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">consistent attendance and punctuality are critical</span>.</li>\n<li>Missing a shift or repeated tardiness may affect eligibility to remain in the <em>Weekend Warrior</em></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Shift Expectations  </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Employees must be prepared to work their full scheduled shifts unless prior approval for absence is obtained.</li>\n<li>Communication with supervisors regarding emergencies or needed schedule changes is essential.</li>\n<li>Employees are expected to maintain productivity, safety, and quality standards throughout their shifts.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><br></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Essential Functions:</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Select, install, and align tooling, fixtures, and workpieces for CNC machines</li>\n<li>Perform machine setup, including zeroing axes, loading programs, and verifying parameters.</li>\n<li>Monitor machine operations during production runs and make adjustments as needed to maintain quality and productivity.</li>\n<li>Troubleshoot machining issues, including tooling wear, offsets, and surface finish concerns.</li>\n<li>Follow established safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area.</li>\n<li>Collaborate with Inspection, Leads and Off-shift Personnel</li>\n<li>Support process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce scrap, and improve quality.</li>\n<li>Ability to prioritize according to demand</li>\n<li>Good housekeeping</li>\n<li>Conform to ISO13485, 21 CFR Part 820, and medical device industry requirements</li>\n<li>Other work-related tasks as assigned</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Competency:</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Must be able to read basic level blueprints features</li>\n<li>Must be able to use micrometers, dial calipers, and comparators</li>\n<li>Basic understanding of metrology reporting</li>\n<li>Basic math, calculation, and related skills needed</li>\n<li>Ability to comply with Quality System requirements</li>\n<li>Must be respectful and display a positive attitude<br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold; text-decoration: underline\">Educational Requirements:</span> <br></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">High School Diploma or GED preferred</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Experience:</span></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Minimum 1 year of Medical Device experience</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold; text-decoration: underline\">Benefits Include:</span><br></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"><span>Medical, Vision and Dental Insurance</span><br></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"><span>Short-Term Disability</span><br></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"><span>Life Insurance</span><br></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"><span>401(k) - 50% company match (up to 10% contribution)</span><br></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"><span>Paid vacation days</span><br></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"><span>Paid holidays</span></span></li>\n</ul>",
