Description
Join a Team That Keeps Manufacturing Moving Lloyd Richards Personnel is currently seeking dependable, detail-oriented individuals for a Bun Maker position with one of our valued manufacturing partners. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced production setting, following established processes, and contributing to the success of daily manufacturing operations.
Responsibilities Prepare and mix foam production batches according to approved formulas, work instructions, and quality standards. Operate mixing, blending, and adhesive application equipment safely and efficiently. Accurately measure and record material weights and production data. Complete all required production documentation and batch records. Monitor production processes to ensure consistency and product quality. Inspect raw materials and finished products and report any quality concerns to supervision. Clean equipment, tools, and work areas between batches to prevent contamination. Follow all work instructions, safety procedures, and company policies. Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work environment in accordance with 5S standards. Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to support production goals. Qualifications High school diploma or GED preferred. Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred. Ability to follow written instructions, work orders, and production formulas. Basic math skills and the ability to accurately measure materials. Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Prior forklift certification or experience is a plus. Reliable attendance and strong work ethic. Ability to follow safety procedures and work effectively as part of a team. Physical Requirements Ability to stand and work on your feet for extended periods. Ability to lift, carry, and move materials as required throughout the shift.
