  "key_responsibilities": "<div><!--block-->Stackers get our packaged product ready for our customers by putting together cases and pallets. Stackers must be safety-minded, have good attention to detail and must be able to lift up to 50lbs continuously. &nbsp;<br><br>Essential Functions:</div><ul><li><!--block-->Packs the correct product and number of bagged products into boxes according to customer orders for shipment. &nbsp;</li><li><!--block-->Constructs boxes or containers. &nbsp;</li><li><!--block-->Stacks finished boxes onto pallets safely and efficiently.&nbsp;</li><li><!--block-->Places month sticker and product production tag on each pallet.&nbsp;</li><li><!--block-->Ensures supplies are readily available for the Packaging Machine Operator.&nbsp;</li><li><!--block-->Completes required paperwork such as pallet tags.&nbsp;</li><li><!--block-->Transports needed packaging materials to the production area.&nbsp;</li><li><!--block-->Breaks up unusable packaged product when required.&nbsp;</li><li><!--block-->Maintains a clean and orderly work area.&nbsp;</li><li><!--block-->During downtime, ensure the cleanliness of the work area and/or assist other machine operators.&nbsp;</li><li><!--block-->Assists machine operator with loading packaging material onto machine.&nbsp;</li><li><!--block-->Complies with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Safe Quality Food (SQF) procedures including timely and accurate documentation of required SQF forms and safety policies. &nbsp;</li><li><!--block-->Performs other duties as assigned by management.&nbsp;</li></ul>",
