This role is essential in ensuring the optimal performance of our manufacturing facility&#39;s equipment and systems. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in industrial maintenance with the ability to troubleshoot and repair various equipment types. This position requires a detail-oriented individual who can work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;<strong>Responsibilities</strong>:</p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Assists in the repair and maintenance of equipment or machinery.</li><li>Uses hand tools, power tools and precision measuring and testing instruments to repair and maintain, in accordance with diagrams, sketches, operation manuals, and manufacturer&#39;s specifications, machinery and mechanical equipment, such as engines, motors, pneumatic tools, conveyor systems, and production machines and equipment.</li><li>Ensures new machines are prepared for operation following protocols and procedures and perform&nbsp;</li><li>regular technical testing to ensure their safety and efficiency.</li><li>Collects data on machine operation and suggests actions to reduce machine downtime.</li></ul><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong>Qualification &amp; Requirements</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Must be a minimum of 18 years old</li><li>High School Diploma required</li><li>&nbsp;0-2 years&rsquo; experience in technical maintenance role.</li><li><strong>Must be a sole US citizen without dual citizenship. &nbsp;</strong></li><li><strong>Must be able to successfully pass various background screening requirements including criminal history, education, credit, and drug screen as well as obtain any required program specific credentials and certifications.</strong></li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Join our team as an Equipment Maintenance Technician where your expertise will contribute significantly to our operational success!</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><em>The US base salary range for this full-time position is $21.00/hr - $28.00/hr + benefits.
