If you’ve ever thrown on a favorite college hoodie or souvenir hat, there’s a good chance we had something to do with it.<br></p><p><strong>Embroidery Operator</strong></p><p>2nd Shift</p><p>As an Embroidery Machine Operator you are responsible for operating a multi-head industrial embroidery machine, ensuring high-quality embroidery on headwear while meeting daily production metrics. This position reports to the Embroidery Supervisor, with performance monitored by both the Production Manager and the Embroidery Supervisor.<br><strong>Duties &amp; Responsibilities:</strong></p><ol><li>Embroider front, side, and rear locations on Legacy, Locale, and Ouray headwear, maintaining precise attention to detail for each placement.</li><li>Operate a Barudan 15-head embroidery machine, including reading work orders, programming and loading the machine, troubleshooting embroidery issues, performing basic machine maintenance (cleaning, oiling, threading needles), and monitoring bobbin tensions.</li><li>Hoop 200–450 hats per shift, depending on experience and type of work.</li><li>Demonstrate knowledge of thread types and colors, headwear styles, and embellishment techniques.</li><li>Recognize and ensure high-quality work, including accurate logo placement, applique positioning, and consistent embroidery quality.</li><li>Adhere to safety standards and report any safety concerns to management.</li><li>Communicate questions or concerns promptly to the floor lead or supervisor.</li></ol><p><strong>Other Responsibilities:</strong></p><ol><li>Participate in special projects as needed.</li><li>Maintain positive working relationships that align with the company’s Core Values and profitability goals.</li><li>Represent the company professionally both internally and externally.</li><li>Perform other duties as assigned by senior management.</li></ol><p><strong>Competencies:</strong></p><ul><li>Excellent time management, judgment, and ability to manage multiple priorities with a positive, can-do attitude.</li><li>Highly organized and detail-oriented.</li><li>Strong interpersonal, collaboration, and communication skills across all organizational levels.</li><li>Highly productive, hands-on team player with a sense of urgency.</li><li>Self-motivated with the ability to understand how individual responsibilities fit into the bigger picture.</li><li>Able to collaborate across departments to achieve results.</li><li>Adaptable and able to integrate effectively into a strong corporate culture.</li><li>Honest, forthright, flexible, and coachable.</li><li>Strong understanding of L2 Brands’ products.</li><li>Commitment to the company’s vision, values, and brand.</li></ul><p><strong>Work Environment:</strong></p><ul><li>This role operates in a production environment using industrial embroidery machines and standard embroidery tools.</li></ul><p><strong>Physical Demands:</strong></p><ul><li>Requires close, distance, color, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.</li><li>Regularly required to talk and hear.</li><li>Ability to occasionally lift up to 15 pounds.</li><li>On your feet up to 10 hours per day, with excellent hand/wrist dexterity and frequent bending at the waist.</li></ul><p><strong>Position Type / Expected Hours of Work:</strong></p><ul><li>Full-time position.</li><li><strong>2nd Shift: Monday–Thursday, 4:30 p.m.–3:00 a.m.</strong></li></ul>",
