    "requisitionDescription": "<div><table border=\"1\" cellspacing=\"0\" cellpadding=\"0\" width=\"727\" id=\"isPasted\"><tbody><tr><td valign=\"top\" style=\"width: 100%;\"><p><strong>Essential Duties and Responsibilities:&nbsp;</strong></p><p>&nbsp;</p><ul><li>Ensure timely delivery of all product samples for sales and customers while meeting quality expectations form the appearance and packing perspective.</li><li>Responsible for all Production related information in Salesforce, Safety Chain</li><li>Review sample report determining samples should be shipped out before within our policy</li><li>Contact Customer Service to verify if there are any urgent samples that need to go out</li><li>Ensure samples boxes are assembled and ready to go to the production lines</li><li>Collects samples from the lines&nbsp;</li><li>Check inventory for 10lb bags of specialty items every week. Ensure that there is enough inventory for specialty items such as natural or wagyu sample</li><li>Prepare FedEx boxes and shipments and ensure all packing components are available (dry ice)&nbsp;</li><li>Create FedEx tickets&nbsp;</li><li>Have QA check samples and make sure everything is all done by the time FedEx gets here at 5:30</li></ul><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Complies with all Company and Federal Policies, Procedures and Regulations</li><li>Achieve departmental KPI&rsquo;s</li><li>Performance other duties as directed</li><li>Puts our overtime list by seniority if personnel on that line cannot stay the OT<a id=\"_anchor_1\" href=\"#_msocom_1\" language=\"JavaScript\" name=\"_msoanchor_1\">[JS1]</a> <a id=\"_anchor_2\" href=\"#_msocom_2\" language=\"JavaScript\" name=\"_msoanchor_2\">[TR2]</a>&nbsp;</li><li>First new product commercialization- walk through with operator and supervisor all packaging and production requirements and monitor first runs.</li><li>Responsible for managing Tool Room and maintaining inventory on trackable spreadsheet</li><li>Responsible for E-Commers</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p></td></tr><tr><td valign=\"top\" style=\"width: 100%;\"><p><strong>Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:&nbsp;</strong></p><p>&nbsp;</p><ul><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers</li><li>Excellent computer proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook, Salesforce)</li><li>Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service</li><li>Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices</li></ul><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p></td></tr><tr><td valign=\"top\" style=\"width: 100%;\"><p><strong>Physical Requirements:&nbsp;</strong></p><p>&nbsp;</p><ul><li>Must follow all OSHA, USDA, Federal and State regulations and comply with all Schweid and Sons company policies and procedures.</li><li>Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.</li><li>Must be able to talk, listen and speak clearly on telephone</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p></td></tr></tbody></table><div id=\"_com_1\" language=\"JavaScript\"><p><br></p></div><div id=\"_com_2\" language=\"JavaScript\"><br></div></div>\n",
