Responsibilities
What Will I Do?
Respond to inbound customer inquiries across phone, chat, SMS, website leads, and online messaging platforms
Manage and respond quickly to digital leads generated through Google, Local Services Ads (LSA), Yelp, website chat, and other marketing channels
Convert inbound inquiries into booked service appointments within ServiceTitan
Maintain fast response times and deliver an exceptional customer experience
Handle inbound and outbound customer communications
Follow up on open, missed, or unconverted leads to maximize booking opportunities
Maintain accurate customer information and scheduled appointment details
Collaborate with dispatch and operations teams to ensure smooth scheduling and communication
Receive and document completed work orders from field technicians
Escalate unresolved customer concerns to the appropriate departments when necessary
Identify opportunities to promote additional services, memberships, or products when appropriate
Help support the company’s marketing and customer engagement efforts by ensuring every lead receives timely and professional communication
Qualifications
Do I have What it Takes?
College degree preferred but optional
1-year customer service experience
1 year of marketing, marketing lead or digital marketing experience
Basic computer proficiency, particularly with Microsoft applications
Experience with Service Titan is a plus.
Must be fluent in reading, writing and speaking English and must be able to sit for long periods of time.
