This rhythm gives you the tools, connection, and autonomy you need to make a real impact.</p>\n<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>As Blackhawk Network accelerates the use of AI to transform how we operate, we are seeking a transformational program leader who can bridge business strategy, process design, and execution.</p>\n<p>This role partners directly with our AI Solutions Architect and business leaders to identify, prioritize, and deliver large-scale AI-driven improvements across the company.  This is a business transformation role focused on reimagining how work gets done - and ensuring that our AI solutions deliver measurable impact.  This is not a traditional program management role. This is a highly skilled, individual contributor role reporting to the VP, Tech Bus Ops & Program Management</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>Partner with functional leaders (Finance, Operations, Customer Support, GTM) to: </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Identify high-impact process inefficiencies </li>\n <li>Define future-state workflows enabled by AI </li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Drive adoption and change management: </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Redesign workflows and operating models </li>\n <li>Comfortable pushing:  “We don’t need this team anymore”  </li>\n <li>Not just optimizing - willing to redesign from scratch </li>\n <li>Ensure teams actually use and benefit from new solutions </li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Lead end-to-end program execution: </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Translate business requirements into clear problem statements </li>\n <li>Partner with the AI Architect to drive solution design and delivery </li>\n <li>Ensure on-time, high-quality deployment </li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Own prioritization and roadmap: </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Build and manage an enterprise AI opportunity pipeline </li>\n <li>Sequence initiatives based on impact, feasibility, and speed </li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Quantify and track impact: </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Cost savings / headcount efficiency </li>\n <li>Productivity improvements</li>\n <li>Quality and cycle time gains</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Ability to operate at multiple levels: \n  <ul>\n   <li>Strategic (defining where to go) </li>\n   <li>Tactical (driving execution day-to-day) </li>\n  </ul></li>\n <li>8+ years of experience in business transformation, operations leadership, or change management, specifically driving digital transformation adoption</li>\n <li>Related bachelor’s degree (Business, Tech, etc.)</li>\n <li>Proven ability to redesign business processes end-to-end and driving cross functional programs in complex organizations</li>\n <li>Hands-on experience with GenAI (specifically Glean, Claude, Copilot enterprise tools), and workflow automation platforms, with an applied focus on workflow redesign.</li>\n <li>Comfort working alongside highly technical partners <em>(you don’t need to build AI - but you need to “get it”)</em> </li>\n <li>Demonstrated success leading large-scale change, influencing stakeholders without direct authority, and driving adoption in complex organizations. </li>\n <li>Strong business acumen - capability to define KPIs, understand cost structures, evaluate ROI, and ensure adherence to AI ethics. </li>\n <li><em>Executive-level verbal/written skills, with experience designing enterprise learning programs to train staff on new technologies</em></li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><em>We seek candidates who not only demonstrate curiosity and adaptability in emerging technologies but have also successfully implemented and utilized AI tools to enhance their work, improve processes, or deliver measurable results.
