text-decoration-color: initial;\"><li style=\"font-size: 14px;\">Execute cleaning and power washing of Beach Club outdoor areas in preparation for daily opening</li><li style=\"font-size: 14px;\">Manage setup and breakdown of special events set ups (tables, chairs, etc.)</li><li style=\"font-size: 14px;\">Manage trash removal and disposal across Beach Club property</li><li style=\"font-size: 14px;\">Execute special projects as assigned by Beach Club Manager, including but not limited to general maintenance and repairs around Beach Club property and facilities</li><li style=\"font-size: 14px;\">Painting, landscaping and general handyman skills a plus</li><li style=\"font-size: 14px;\">Prior experience in a similar role preferred but not required</li><li style=\"font-size: 14px;\">Ability to communicate in conversational English preferred</li><li style=\"font-size: 14px;\">Must be able to work a variable schedule, including weekends and holidays</li><li style=\"font-size: 14px;\">Must present professional appearance and attitude at all times, maintaining a high level of member service</li><li style=\"font-size: 14px;\">Must have ability to follow routine verbal and written instructions</li><li style=\"font-size: 14px;\">Must have excellent interpersonal skills and desire to assist Members and team members</li><li style=\"font-size: 14px;\">Working across various Beach Club areas, both indoors and outdoors</li></ul><p style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0);
