The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, designing and configuring Oracle ERP solutions, and providing functional expertise to support the implementation, optimization, and maintenance of Oracle Cloud ERP modules. This role requires a strong understanding of business processes, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of successful Oracle ERP implementations.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Architect and implement solutions across a complex, multi-application landscape with intricate integrations</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Design and deploy solutions aligned with industry best practices to optimize and streamline client supply chain operations</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Capture client business requirements, facilitate and drive design discussions, and expertly translate designs into hands-on implemented solutions.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Execute system configurations and manage data migration processes to meet defined business and technical requirements</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Collaborate with internal teams and Oracle to strategize and recommend optimal process and technology solutions to achieve project objectives</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Must-Have Skills:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">In-depth functional knowledge and hands-on experience from at least one full-cycle implementation of </span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Oracle Fusion Cloud</span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">, specializing in one or more of the following ERP modules:</span>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">General Ledger</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Accounts Payable</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Accounts Receivable</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Cash Management</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Fixed Assets</span></li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Passionate and driven about personal and professional growth.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Strong critical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Ability to impact operations and effect change without being confrontational.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication (written and verbal) skills.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Strong presentation and client-facing skills.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Qualifications</span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">: CA finalist, ACCA affiliate or equivalent education with strong educational background.
