    "requisitionDescription": "<div><p><br></p><table border=\"1\" cellpadding=\"0\" cellspacing=\"0\" id=\"isPasted\" width=\"984\"><tbody><tr><td valign=\"top\" style=\"width: 100%;\"><p><strong><u>Position Overview: &nbsp;</u></strong>&nbsp;</p><p>The Machine Operator is responsible for the setup, adjustment, troubleshooting, and operation of various automated machine centers.</p></td></tr><tr><td valign=\"top\" style=\"width: 100%;\"><p><strong><u>Position Responsibilities &amp; Essential Functions:</u></strong></p><ul><li>Perform a variety of manufacturing functions including machine operation, assembly, troubleshooting, inspection, testing, and packing of products.</li><li>Perform material handling using equipment such as pallet jacks, carts, and hand trucks.</li><li>Responsible for all quality policies and procedures (paperwork, documentation, NCRM, etc.).</li><li>Responsible for meeting production goals and targets as directed by lead and or leadership.</li><li>Continued cross-training into other work centers and/or machines as directed by lead or leadership.</li><li>Monitor all phases of manufacturing and ensure efficient use of equipment &amp; materials throughout the process.</li><li>Review existing documents, processes and/or methods to improve processes and share with leads and leadership.</li><li>Continued personal development through ADP, offsite, and onsite classes.</li><li>Maintain a clean and safe work area.&nbsp;</li><li>Perform duties in a safe manner and observe safety procedures.&nbsp;</li><li>Ensure full adherence to 6S (Safety, Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain) practices.</li><li>Conduct behavioral based safety observations.</li><li>Training of other team members.</li><li>Other duties as assigned and/or the additional responsibilities, skills, and abilities listed in the addendum for the specific machine center.</li></ul></td></tr><tr><td valign=\"top\" style=\"width: 100%;\"><p><strong><u>Education, Knowledge, Skills and Expertise:</u></strong><strong><u>&nbsp;</u></strong></p><ul><li>Proven communication ability both verbally and in writing.</li><li>Ability to read and understand work instructions and perform basic math computations.</li><li>Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to learn all primary and secondary department processes.</li><li>Mechanical aptitude and the ability to properly use hand tools with minimal supervision or instruction.</li><li>Ability to work independently and multitask with a wide variety of activities.</li><li>Ability to use precision measurement devices such as calipers, micrometers, etc.</li><li>Be able to lift 20 pounds consistently.</li><li>Ability to stand for up to 12 hours.</li><li>Routinely walk, stand, bend, stoop, and twist.</li><li>Must be available to work any shift, weekends, and/or overtime as required.</li><li>1 year of experience preferred.</li></ul></td></tr></tbody></table><p><br></p></div>\n",
