    "description_html": "<p><strong>About the job</strong></p><p>Join our San Francisco office and be a part of a global network of offices spanning five cities (New York, Bangkok, San Francisco, London, and Miami). Consistently voted as one of the top three most admired firms in hospitality design, you’ll be working on conceptually driven projects that include restaurants, bars, hotels, and multi-family residential. You’ll be joining a collective of some of the smartest, and design-forward-thinking designers and experts in hospitality-driven experiences.</p><p><br></p><p>The Designers core responsibilities are as follows:</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Design</strong></p><ul><li>Supporting the Designer in creating designs and delivering presentations based on deliverables outlined in the contract and AvroKO’s Architectural Standards. Tasks may include, but not be limited to developing designs, 3D modeling, elevation renderings, mood board creation, CAD drawings, image research, materials and furniture sourcing, etc.</li></ul><p><strong>Documentation</strong></p><ul><li>Work on assigned design phases within project budgeted hours</li><li>Under the supervision of a Designer, assist in the creation of quality timely sets of drawings, specifications, budgets, and reports as proscribed by the contract</li></ul><p><strong>Administration</strong></p><ul><li>Maintain project files and folders in accordance with Architectural Standards</li><li>Tagging images in accordance with Image Library Standards</li><li>Archiving record copies of all milestone deliverables</li><li>Type and issue to Project Manager meeting notes (based on PM’s hand notes) for external design meetings</li></ul><p><strong>Resumes without portfolios will not be reviewed.
