For more information, please visit www.sybridgetech.com. <br>  </p>\n<p>Responsibilities:<br>•    Capable of operating/programming Mitutoyo CMM computer hardware and software systems running MCOSMOS software.<br>•    Determine part (steel &amp; Plastic) inspection requirements utilizing GD&amp;T, company/customer's drawings, and specifications.<br>•    Generate inspection reports and documentation for quality records.<br>•    Administer and/or edit previously created programs including backing up programs.<br>•    Ensure the part-inspection programs are consistent with part numbers and revision levels and are accurate, including using other inspection methods to verify the CMM programs.<br>•    Analyze and approve (1st pc approval) CNC machine set-ups and inspections paths as needed.<br>•    Operate CMM, OGP (vision system), comparators, mic, calipers, height gages &amp; drop indicators to measure and inspect CNC machined components used in building Plastic Injection Molds.<br>•    Measure plastic parts as required, using CMM, OGP (vision system), comparators, mic, calipers, height gages &amp; drop indicators.<br>•    Utilize ERP &amp; Microsoft Excel software to input and analyze measurement data.<br>•    Perform inspections using various measurement gauges, OGP Vision systems, height gages, dial indicators, micrometers and 2D Scanning equipment.<br>•    Maintain CMM equipment and ensure it is calibrated and functioning properly.<br>•    Collaborate with team members to address quality concerns and implement corrective actions.<br>•    Communicate inspection results and quality issues to relevant departments<br>•    Follow process guidelines for new product launches<br>•    Conduct root cause analysis to identify and resolve quality issues<br>•    Other duties and/or responsibilities as assigned<br>Qualifications:<br>•    High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical or vocational training is a bonus<br>•    Proven experience as a CMM Operator/Programmer in a manufacturing environment, preferably in plastic injection molds or CNC machining<br>•    Proficiency in CMM programming Mitutoyo COSMOS software<br>•    Strong understanding of geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&amp;T)<br>•    Proven experience as a quality inspector or in a similar quality control role<br>•    Strong understanding of quality control techniques, inspection methods, and relevant equipment<br>•    Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings, specifications, and quality requirements<br>•    Excellent attention to detail and observational skills<br>•    Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities<br>•    Effective communication skills for reporting and collaborating with various teams<br>•    Familiarity with quality management systems (ISO 9001, Six Sigma, etc.) is desirable<br>•    Physical ability to sit, stand, stoop, and lift during inspections</p>\n<p><br><em>SyBridge Technologies is proud to be an equal opportunity employer because diverse perspectives make for better products, better processes, and a better company.
