The Compute Operations organization at OCI is a central part of this critical effort. We are seeking an exceptional Principal Technical Program Manager to join our dynamic and innovative team. This is your chance to be part of that, drive operational excellence, create programs to measure the efficiency, and drive cross-functional collaboration across the organization. This high-visibility and high-impact role will help shape the operational efficiency, excellence in execution and enable growth. The role comes with a high degree of personal accountability and autonomy and will require effective engagement across all cross-organizational functions to deliver results. You should have a strong multidisciplinary operations, technology, and business background. You should also have a track record of influencing and presenting to senior business and technology leaders and driving critical delivery initiatives at the highest levels. Strong executive communications, customer engagement, and cloud operations proficiency are essential. Responsibilities Responsible for GPU NPI programs, working with multiple vendors and internal teams to achieve successful and impactful GPU NPI outcomes. Influence, activate, and orchestrate across teams to build alignment and drive results. Provide program and project management expertise to complex business initiatives that are global in nature, understanding interdependencies between process, technology, and people needs Develop program workstreams, identify core milestones, and ensure that goals are in line with customer and business objectives Influence, activate, and orchestrate across teams to build alignment and drive results, managing feedback/pain points from our customers and stakeholders Build relationships and collaborate globally with stakeholders and partners to deliver outcomes across the organization, ensuring a shared understanding of progress and performance Seek opportunities to bring about ongoing improvement and simplification in business operating procedures and practices leading to improved efficiency and effectiveness Track and manage priorities and committed actions to drive progress and provide actionable insights. Experience identifying, measuring, and adjusting plans against key business metrics Qualifications & Skills 10+ years of experience in program or project management, preferably in cloud Direct experience working with cross-organizational teams, including at the executive level Proven track record leading high-skill teams who are resolving complex and high-impact challenges A high degree of organization and ability to manage multiple competing priorities Ability to work independently and propose solutions Ability to influence operational leaders to achieve the business objectives Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills Proficient in Excel, (e.g. PivotTables, lookups, if-statements, macros), JIRA queries, and BI tools Knowledgeable in PowerPoint, and Confluence Qualifications Disclaimer: Certain U.S. based or U.S. customer or client-facing roles may be required to comply with applicable requirements, such as immunization/occupational health mandates, and/or drug testing requirements.
