In addition to a fulfilling career, we offer:</p>\n<p><br>•    Competitive salary with a raise structure based on performance<br>•    A bonus structure based on performance<br>•    Flexible working hours and short day Fridays all year long<br>•    A hybrid working model (after completion of your probationary period)<br>•    A full health benefit program <br>•    Company sponsored Social Events/ trips within or out of the country<br>•    Company sponsored educational courses hosted by third parties throughout the year<br>•    In-house training with various staff<br>•    Paid mileage for travel to anywhere work related</p>\n<p><br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Your Role: </span></p>\n<p><br>•    Work with a team of senior project managers and project managers to successfully deliver on assigned projects. <br>•    Assist in performing reviews of existing installations. <br>•    Assist in managing and reviewing project deliverables. <br>•    Work with project managers to manage project progress, ensuring project completion on schedule and within budget. <br>•    Coordinate with site inspectors to complete site activities. <br>•    Complete assigned construction administration tasks including but not limited to shop drawing reviews, contract document setup etc. <br>•    Assist in ensuring all construction admin tasks are completed accurately, timely and within the assigned budget for projects. <br>•    Assist in responding to client related queries regarding the technical and financial aspects of the project. <br>•    Assist in preparing and continually monitoring project schedules of tasks required to complete the project including hours to perform tasks and critical data required for performance.<br>•    Attend internal and client meetings and develop detailed meeting minutes for all meetings. <br>•    Assist in the preparation of proposal and business development activities based on tasks assigned. <br>•    Complete all other project management, construction admin and general project oversight tasks as required and assigned to successfully complete projects. <br>•    Complete all other tasks as assigned by upper management. </p>\n<p><br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What You’ll Bring To TCG: </span></p>\n<p><br>•    Direct industry experience in the field of mechanical building services, especially retrofit experience is preferred. <br>•    Diploma / Degree from a mechanical building services technical program or an engineering program. <br>•    Working towards a P.Eng Designation in Ontario is preferred. <br>•    Eagerness to learn (construction) project management principles with the ability to apply those principles on ongoing projects. <br>•    Working knowledge of HVAC, Plumbing and Fire Protection Systems. <br>•    Knowledge and understanding of the National Building Code of Canada and the Ontario Building Code.<br>•    Working knowledge of ASHRA and CSA/ULC standards. <br>•    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a drive and ability to collaborate and problem solve as part of a team. <br>•    Ability to utilize both verbal and written forms of communication to effectively communicate internally with colleagues as well as externally with clients. <br>•    Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects working in a fast-paced environment to meet project deadlines.  <br>•    Must be proficient in MS Office Applications. <br>•    Highly motivated self-starter with an attention to detail is a must. <br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What You Can Expect in our Recruitment Process:</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>A preliminary screen with HR either via email or phone to confirm a few exciting details about the position and your current job search.
