This role involves planning worship services, recruiting and mentoring volunteers, and fostering a worship culture that aligns with Northside’s mission and vision. Additionally, the Student Worship Minister will support the spiritual growth of worship team members, with focused mentorship for volunteer team members, and lead worship for weekend services and special events as needed.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: 800\">Job Duties</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Student Ministry Service Planning and Execution - 70% </span>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Prepare and execute weekly Student Ministry Sunday evening gatherings and special events, including song selection, service programming, and scheduling.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Program service elements (worship sets, message, transitions) to align with overall service flow.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Schedule bands and technical teams for each Student Ministry service, ensuring all roles are filled and teams are prepared.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Prep and clear stage and booth before and after services, ensuring smooth transitions and efficient use of resources.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Lead worship during weekly Student Ministry  services, creating an engaging and impactful worship experience for students.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Recruit students and young adults for the student worship team, investing in their spiritual development and musical abilities.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Be an instrumental creative voice in the planning and execution of special events as needed. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Consistently evaluate and creatively improve the worship programming for Student Ministry, keeping it fresh and engaging for students.</span></li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Worship Team Leading and Collaboration - 20%</span>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Prayerfully pursue a heart of worship and collaborate with the Worship Team to maintain and cultivate a healthy worship culture across all ministries. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Collaborate in the planning of weekend service flows, working with the weekend experience team to ensure seamless integration of worship into the overall service.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Lead worship in the auditorium 4-6 times a year, contributing to the weekend worship services and creating an engaging environment for the congregation.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Lead worship at additional times throughout the year (Nights of Worship, Easter, and Christmas), offering special worship experiences to the broader church community.</span></li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Young Adults Service Planning and Execution - 10%</span>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Work with the Young Adults Minister monthly to support and plan service flows, set up team support, and contribute to the overall ministry strategy for the ministry.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Lead worship on Wednesday nights, 1-2 times a month, during young adult services, engaging the young adult community through music and worship.</span></li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: 800\">Education and Experience</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Bachelor’s degree in worship ministry, music, or a related field preferred.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">3+ years of experience leading worship, ideally in both youth and adult ministry settings.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Proficiency in worship technology (Planning Center, Nashville Numbers, Ableton, Logic Pro) and familiarity with sound systems (Yamaha), lighting systems (Vista), and live production.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: 800\">Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities</span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: 800\"><br></span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: 800\"><br></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Strong personal faith and alignment with the core values and mission of Northside (C3 Faithfulness as outlined below).</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Proficient in leading worship vocally and with a primary instrument (guitar or piano), with strong technical and musical skills.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Skilled in vocal training, harmonies, and leading blended worship settings, with the ability to mentor and guide student vocalists and musicians effectively.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Excellent interpersonal skills, capable of inspiring and supporting students and adults in their worship and spiritual journeys.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Ability to organize and manage multiple projects, maintain a budget, and oversee event logistics.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Passionate about worship ministry and culture, with a heart for spiritual mentorship and creating engaging worship experiences.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Participate in general pastoral duties as needed (weddings, funerals, counseling, Pastor on Call (POC), etc.)</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Proficient with Mac, Google Suite, Planning Center, Rock Database, Asana, Slack.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;
