This position will offer guidance and support to other engineers.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p>\n   </div>\n   <div style=\"margin:0px;padding:0px;\">\n    <p>Responsibility:&nbsp;&nbsp;</p>\n   </div>\n   <div style=\"margin:0px;padding:0px;\">\n    <ul>\n     <li>Take new products from the concept stage to production stage.</li>\n     <li>Ensure all program elements are being tracked to ensure that budgets and timing commitments are maintained, and changes in programs status are effectively communicated to all stakeholders.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>\n     <li>Identify capital equipment sources.&nbsp;</li>\n     <li>Supervise buy-off of equipment.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>\n     <li>Lead APQP team and activities.&nbsp;</li>\n     <li>Lead technical component specification, sourcing, and supplier development.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>\n     <li>Participate in continuous improvement efforts based on the feedback from external and internal related performance indicators.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>\n     <li>Specify special tools and fixtures where required.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>\n     <li>Estimate cycle times for each operation in the process.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>\n     <li>&nbsp;Preparation of quotations.&nbsp;</li>\n     <li>&nbsp;Maintain control of customer drawings and revisions.&nbsp;</li>\n     <li>&nbsp;Ensure that the process can produce parts to specifications.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>\n     <li>&nbsp;Modify the process and update all relevant documentation when required.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>\n     <li>Create and maintain schedules to track process and progression of projects&nbsp;</li>\n     <li>Lead and coordinate project teams which include engineers, production employees, maintenance, contractors and others as required.&nbsp; &nbsp;</li>\n    </ul>\n   </div>\n  </div>\n  <div>\n   <div style=\"margin:0px;padding:0px;\">\n    <p>Academic/Educational Requirements:&nbsp;</p>\n   </div>\n   <div style=\"margin:0px;padding:0px;\">\n    <ul>\n     <li>A college or university degree in Engineering&nbsp;</li>\n     <li>Completion of a Program Management course is considered an asset.&nbsp;</li>\n    </ul>\n    <p>Required Skills/Experience:&nbsp;</p>\n   </div>\n   <div style=\"margin:0px;padding:0px;\">\n    <ul>\n     <li>2- 4 years’ experience in a machining or manufacturing environment.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>\n     <li>Ability to write technical proposals and present finding as required.&nbsp;</li>\n     <li>Strong presentation skills.
