The ACT Case Manager will be expected to provide services and supports outside of a traditional office environment and engage with the community to develop relationships and job opportunities for ACT consumers.&nbsp;</span></p><p style='margin-top:0in;margin-right:0in;margin-bottom:8.0pt;margin-left:0in;line-height:107%;font-size:15px;font-family:\"Calibri\",sans-serif;'><strong><u><span style='font-size:16px;line-height:107%;font-family:\"Times New Roman\",serif;'>Qualifications; Knowledge and Training:</span></u></strong></p><p style='margin-top:0in;margin-right:0in;margin-bottom:8.0pt;margin-left:0in;line-height:107%;font-size:15px;font-family:\"Calibri\",sans-serif;'><span style='font-size:16px;line-height:107%;font-family:\"Times New Roman\",serif;'>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree or higher in a field related to behavioral health or vocational services and at least one year of experience working with individuals with mental illness and or substance use disorder. Previous experience working with an ACT team or providing job development and employment services/resources is preferred.
