The care provided is appropriate for an out-patient, primary care community health center with a multicultural, multilingual patient population.</span></p><h1 style='margin-top:12.0pt;margin-right:0in;margin-bottom:3.0pt;margin-left:-4.5pt;font-size:21px;font-family:\"Arial\",sans-serif;text-align:justify;'><span style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: arial, sans-serif; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">As a member of the health center&rsquo;s integrated care team the Family Medicine Clinician will fulfill the following <u>KEY FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES</u> towards the provision of patient-centered, coordinated, patient care:</span></h1><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;margin-left: -14.5px;\"><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Examine, diagnose, and treat patients.</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Provide treatment to minors with or without accompanying parents.</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Adhere to evidence-based medical guidelines and standards approved by CCI&rsquo;s Board and Performance Improvement Committee.</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Complete electronic medical records in expected time frames.</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Participate in peer review and performance improvement activities and audits.</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Attend and participate in meetings and/or committees, as necessary and/or required by CCI.</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Participate in additional medical projects as assigned.</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">May provide consultation to other providers at CCI.</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">May instruct medical students and/or residents in procedures for diagnosis and treatment of diseases and injuries.</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Knowledge of the principles and practice of medicine (including preventive care and acute/chronic disease management).</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;
