    "requisitionDescription": "<table border=\"0\" cellspacing=\"0\" cellpadding=\"0\" data-pasted=\"true\"><tbody><tr><td style=\"width: 11.5385%;\"><p><strong>Job Title</strong></p></td><td style=\"width: 88.4615%;\"><p>&nbsp; &nbsp;Business Process Designer</p></td></tr></tbody></table><p>Banesco USA is seeking a <strong>Business Process Designer&nbsp;</strong>for our Business Process business unit.&nbsp;</p><p><strong><u>Primary Job Duties:</u></strong></p><ul><li><strong>Discovery &amp; Interviewing:&nbsp;</strong>Conduct deep-dive interviews with process owners and stakeholders to uncover manual bottlenecks, data gaps, waste, errors, and operational inefficiencies.</li><li><strong>Process Engineering:&nbsp;</strong>Adopt a systemic approach to identify operational inefficiencies across end-to-end processes. Document &ldquo;As-Is&rdquo; workflows, design &ldquo;To-Be&rdquo; architectures that naturally integrate automation orchestration into daily work and define the implementation plan. Collaborate with process owners to document policies and procedures.</li><li><strong>Value Management:&nbsp;</strong>Quantify the potential impact of improvements&mdash;including FTE savings, cycle time/waste reduction, and error mitigation&mdash;to build compelling business cases that include estimated automation costs.</li><li><strong>Continuous Improvement &amp; Metrics:&nbsp;</strong>Establish a permanent feedback loop where automation performance data triggers ongoing refinements. Define KPIs for efficiency and KRIs for compliance and operational risk and reports to track performance.</li><li><strong>User Advocacy &amp; Adoption:&nbsp;</strong>Act as the &ldquo;voice of the user&rdquo;; to ensure solutions are intuitive and add tangible value. Partner with Change Management to support adoption and monitor post-deployment adoption, usability, and process health.</li><li><strong>End-to-End Functional Blueprints:&nbsp;</strong>Serve as the strategic architect by producing the definitive &ldquo;source of truth&rdquo;; documentation for solution development, which includes mapping of process orchestration (who, what, how, and when), business rules engines (logic, decision trees, regulatory constraints), and granular functional requirements.</li><li><strong>Tech Stack &amp; Risk Integration:&nbsp;</strong>Act as a &ldquo;Tech Stack Champion&rdquo; by recommending the optimal automation tools (RPA, BPM, AI) based on technical logic while ensuring all designs adhere to banking regulations, internal risk controls, and data integrity standards.</li></ul><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong><strong><u>Job Requirements:</u></strong></p><ul><li><strong>Education:&nbsp;</strong>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, or Data Management.</li><li><strong>Professional Experience:&nbsp;</strong>5+ years in Process Improvement, Business Transformation, or Consulting<strong>:&nbsp;</strong>3+ years of experience in Banking or Financial Services is required.</li><li><strong>Language</strong><strong>s</strong>: Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus.</li><li><strong>Lean &amp; Reengineering Expertise:</strong> Proven reengineering experience in waste reduction and process optimization is essential. Lean/Six Sigma certification is highly desirable.</li><li><strong>Tech Fluency:</strong> A &ldquo;Tech Enthusiast&rdquo; profile with an understanding of BPM, RPA, and AI models.
